Main Objectives

Hi!

For many years that i'm in contact with at least part of the japanese culture, through movies (specially horror ones :-p ), videogames, manga, anime, and ocasionally music and news. For all this time, i've wanted to learn the japanese language, and although i have some vocabulary (mainly due to anime ) i'm only able to ask for directions in case i got lost in some place. I know the japanese sounds e can read some kana. But that leads me nowhere. So now i've decided to learn japanese on my own and, to make sure i'm commited to the end, i'm making this blog so that i feel compelled to continue. This also provides the oportunity to others who might follow this blog, to learn some stuff and get access to lots of material.
Through out my learning process i'll be posting everything that i do, with materials that i use. Hopefully i'll be learning something, and if not, you'll be learning what not to do :-P
